This year’s artists in residence show sketches of the work they have created in Varjakka and on the road between their homes and here. Andrea Hackl is a dancer and film maker based in Amsterdam and Afraz Entessari is a visual artist based in Vienna.

Andrea and Afraz have been part of the Tiny Spaces Deep Connections project that connects artists and organisations across Europe to test new methods for more sustainable artist residencies.
